4. Payments & deposits

 

Payments may be made online or in person. We require a deposit to secure appointments. Deposits are non-refundable.

We do not offer refunds for services once provided.

 

 

5. Cancellations & no-shows

 

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

Failure to attend an appointment or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit.

 

 

6. Age restrictions

 

Clients must be 14 years or older to receive treatments. Clients under 18 must have parental consent.

 

 

7. Health & safety

 

Clients are responsible for disclosing relevant medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities before treatment. We are not responsible for issues arising from undisclosed information.
